Dental Team – St. Augustine, FL

Marlee has been in the field of dentistry now for nearly a decade, and all of those years have been spent right here at Salt Run Family Dentistry! A St. Augustine native, she completed her studies at First Coast Technical College. For her, interacting with patients and helping them understand the financial aspect of their treatment needs and dental insurance is the most rewarding part of her job.

Marlee and her husband have one son together and are expecting their first daughter in March 2022! She loves spending her time away from the office with friends and family. Here’s an interesting fact about her: she is the only one of her nine siblings that’s left-handed.

Stacey was born and raised right here in St. Augustine, FL! Although she is new to our team and the field of dentistry, she has an impressive 15+ years of experience in office administration. Since joining our practice, she has thoroughly enjoyed connecting with members of our community and working with wonderful people. Stacey graduated with a BA in English from Flagler College.

Away from the office, Stacey loves spending time with her family, which consists of her husband, four children, and a dog. Paddleboarding, going to the beach, and visiting friends are also interests of hers, but she happily spends most weekends cheering on her kids at their baseball, soccer, and golf games. Here’s something you may not know about her: her great-great-greatgreat-grandmother was the first female lighthouse keeper in Florida.

Melissa is from Daytona Beach, and she studied at Daytona Beach Community College. Today, she’s been working in dentistry for well over 20 years now, having joined our team roughly a decade ago. As one of our dedicated assistants, she loves being able to help our patients feel more confident about their smiles!

Melissa and her husband David have one son named Justin together. Outside of the dental office, her favorite hobby by far is crafting. Also, as our patients and other staff members would say, she has a truly AMAZING autobiographical memory.

Brooke has been working in the world of dentistry for a handful of years now, and she couldn’t ask for better patients and team members. Originally from St. Augustine, she studied at St. Johns State College.

Brooke has an amazingly strong and loving family. They have a special little boy with spina bifida who has shown them the true definition of happiness. Every day is a blessing! As for personal hobbies, she enjoys being outdoors, fishing out on the boat, hunting, and spending quality time with all of her loved ones.

Dana has been a part of our team for nearly 25 years so far. She completed her Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene at the Florida Community College of Jacksonville. Today, what she enjoys most about her work is helping to improve her patients’ health and wellbeing through important education. She’s gotten to meet so many interesting and amazing people over the years!

Dana and her husband Timmy have been happily married for decades. They have two children together named Carolina and Evan, as well as a variety of pets – dogs, cats, chickens, and even a pig. Outside of working hours, they enjoy doing anything related to being in the water, including paddle boarding, fishing, and water skiing. They also regularly go camping and are very involved in their kids’ extracurricular musical activities.

Laurie’s career in the dental world impressively spans over 25 years so far. She studied at Santa Fe Community College and, in addition to being an RDH, is certified in local anesthesia. She loves taking such good care of our patients day in and day out!

Laurie is originally from Ridgefield Park, NJ. At home, she has an amazing husband and two beautiful boys named Joshua and Alex. When she isn’t busy at the dental office, her favorite hobbies include cooking, kayaking, fishing, and biking.

Lauren’s career in the dental world spans two full decades so far, with roughly half of that time spent right here at our dental office. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at St. Petersburg College. What she enjoys most about her position is getting to work in such a caring environment every day!

Lauren is happily married to Dr. Leth, and they have two children named Brooke and Brady. Outside of dental office hours, you can typically find her volunteering with her kids’ schools and for their various sports activities. She’s actually got a pretty athletic background too, having played softball and volleyball in college.

Tammy has amazingly been a part of our dental office for over 30 years! Her patients are her continual inspiration, and she loves it whenever they say they can’t wait to come back. She goes the extra mile to make a positive impact on their lives, and in turn, she feels as though they’ve enriched her own life over the years.

Originally from St. Augustine, Tammy is married to her wonderful husband Chris. They have two grown daughters named Brooke and Hannah, as well as a precious grandson named Hudson. When she has free time away from work, she and her husband enjoy fishing outdoors, paddle boarding, and playing with Hudson. Funny enough, while she’s very personable when chatting with patients, she’s TERRIFIED of public speaking in front of large groups.

Originally from Jacksonville, it was only natural for Courtney to complete her studies at the Florida State College at Jacksonville. She joined our team in 2021 and has since thoroughly enjoyed educating patients on good oral health habits. In fact, that’s one of her favorite parts of her job!

Outside the office, Courtney and her cat enjoy living their best lives in St. Augustine Beach. She loves paddle boarding, surfing, hiking, traveling, and trying new foods. Here’s something you may not know about her: she likes ceramic wheel throwing!
